Len is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of MATMAC Financial Group, Inc. and CEO, Founder, and Chairman of MATMAC Holdings, Inc. In 2011 with a a clear vision to bring supplemental retirement options and various other financial services to the public sector nationwide who had been historically underserved he founded MATMAC Financial Group. Currently, Len plays an integral part in the development and execution of the revolutionary marketing and training systems that MATMAC Financial Group, Inc. continues to bring to the table for their clients and team members.

Len graduated with honors with a bachelors degree in Health Care Administration from Jackson State University and a M.B.A. emphasizing in Finance from Strayer University. However, everything he's really learned happened after college. "Over the past 22 years, I’ve been very fortunate to spend a lot of time with some of the most successful businessmen and mentors in the country. Being able to see them in action and understand what drives their business has been invaluable. Spending time around people more successful than myself has increased my education and isn’t something that I would've picked up in a classroom."

If you could go on a road trip with any one person (dead or alive), who would you choose and where would you go? 

"I have 2 people that I would like to have had a talk with. The first is Jesus. To walk, talk, and learn Christianity from its creator would be pretty cool! The second is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. To actually understand what he had in his head, and what the true "DREAM" was definitely interest me."
 
Name one thing that not many people know about you?

"I really enjoy decorating my home, cooking, and dressing up the family chorkie, Bella."


Favorite sports to watch or favorite sports team?

"I really enjoy college/pro football and NBA basketball. The New Orleans Saints, the Dallas Cowboys, THEE Jackson State University Tigers, and the Memphis Grizzlies are among my favorites."


What do you want to do when you retire?

"I never plan on retiring. I am having too much fun!"
